29 years
of garment-industry experience across systems and factory implementation
The founder story
After spending 29 years inside garment factories, I realised that profit leakage rarely comes from a lack of effort. It persists when systems are unclear, data is delayed, responsibility is weak and problems are not closed. Navvi was created to solve these gaps through scientific diagnosis, practical implementation and technology-supported systems.
Across industrial engineering, production, quality, training and workforce systems, one pattern appeared repeatedly: management could see the problem, but the factory still needed a common baseline, clear ownership and a disciplined route to closure.
That experience shaped Navvi's approach. Scientific diagnosis is followed by operating design, training, floor-level implementation, management review and technology support where it improves visibility.
Company-led authority
Arjun provides the industry perspective behind the method. Navvi provides the structure, implementation ownership and continuity required to deliver it as a company.
Experience focus
Navvi engagements connect technical, people and management systems because performance is created across their boundaries.
