Information collected
Navvi may collect the contact, company, role, location and factory-profile information that a visitor chooses to provide through assessment, consultation and contact forms. Campaign-source values may be attached to an enquiry so Navvi can understand how the visitor reached the website.
The website does not ask visitors to upload financial statements, production files or other confidential factory documents through the public forms.

Lead delivery and storage
Validated enquiries are sent directly to Navvi by email. The website does not maintain a separate lead database. Enquiries are normally retained for up to 12 months unless a business relationship continues, a longer period is required for legitimate records, or deletion is requested and no legal reason requires retention.
Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics loads only after the visitor accepts the analytics preference. Analytics events describe page and conversion activity and do not include form names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names or other directly identifying information. A visitor may decline analytics without losing access to the website.
Spam protection
Forms use Cloudflare Turnstile and server-side validation to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse. Turnstile is loaded only on pages containing a protected form. Cloudflare may process technical information required to perform this check under its own privacy terms.
Sharing and transfers
Navvi does not sell submitted personal information. Information may be processed by the service providers needed to host the site, deliver email, protect forms and measure consented website use. Access is limited to the people responsible for responding to the enquiry and operating these services.

To request access, correction or deletion of information submitted through this website, email arjunm@navvicorp.com. Requests remain subject to legitimate business and legal record requirements.
Security
The website uses encrypted HTTPS connections, server-side validation, restricted environment variables and security headers. No internet transmission can be guaranteed completely secure, so sensitive factory or financial information should be exchanged only through an agreed private process.
