Information we collect
We collect the company and contact information supplied in an assessment request, the selected payment route, payment references returned by Razorpay, the 60 assessment responses, submission attestations, generated scores, report content and the technical audit events needed to operate and secure the service. Datrix does not receive or store your card, bank-account or UPI credentials from Razorpay checkout.
How we use the information
We use it to review or fulfil the request, issue and protect the private assessment link, calculate the seven-pillar result, create the analytical report and 90-day action plan, send operational emails, support the client and retain an evidence trail. We may also use aggregated or de-identified operational information to improve the assessment framework.
Service providers
The service uses hosting, database, email and payment providers to perform these functions. Razorpay processes online payments. When the optional report-enhancement feature is enabled, the sealed score profile and deterministic narrative may be sent to the configured Google Gemini API to improve report wording; payment credentials are never included. Provider handling is also governed by the relevant provider terms and configuration.
Access, retention and security
Assessment and report links are private bearer links and should not be forwarded outside the authorised organisation. Direct database access is restricted, administrative actions are authenticated, and material workflow events are recorded. Records are retained for the period reasonably needed to deliver the service, support the engagement, meet legal or accounting obligations and resolve disputes.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct contact information or request deletion where applicable and where retention is not legally or operationally required. For privacy questions, write to info@navvicorp.com with the Datrix request reference.
