The service
Datrix is a management diagnostic supplied by Navvi Corporations. It consists of a controlled 60-question assessment, seven-pillar scoring, analytical interpretation and a prioritised 90-day action plan.
Authority and accurate responses
The requester confirms that they are authorised to act for the named organisation. The report depends on the completeness and accuracy of submitted responses. One accountable leader should approve collaborative answers before final submission.
Payment and fulfilment
Online access is issued only after Razorpay confirms a captured payment. Bank transfer, UPI transfer, invoice and other arrangements require administrator verification and approval. Any applicable quotation, invoice, cancellation or refund terms agreed for the request form part of these terms. Contact us before paying again if a payment is pending or being reconciled.
Private links
Assessment and report URLs are bearer links intended for the authorised client organisation. The client is responsible for controlling access and notifying Datrix promptly if a link may have been disclosed improperly.
Responsible use of the report
Datrix is not a statutory, financial, tax, legal, safety or certification audit and does not provide an assurance opinion. Scores are based on submitted answers. Management should validate recommendations against current operational, financial and documentary evidence before material decisions or expenditure.
Intellectual property and confidentiality
The client retains ownership of its supplied business information. Navvi Corporations retains ownership of the Datrix framework, scoring method, report design and underlying playbooks. The client may use its completed report internally and with professional advisers who are bound to protect it.
Support
Questions about a request, payment or report should be sent to info@navvicorp.com with the Datrix request or report reference.
